TODMORDEN TOWN COUNCIL & COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS

The Todmorden Town Council offices are temporarily closed until Government restrictions are relaxed. Todmorden Town Council has delegated powers to a reduced size Emergency Committee consisting of five Councillors. This will enable us to continue a reduced democratic function, through a remote meeting once every four weeks, but where key decisions can still be made.

Citizenship Awards 2020

The Town Council are delighted to invite nominations for people’s unsung heroes for the Citizenship Award for Todmorden 2020. The awards will be presented by the outgoing Mayor prior to the commencement of the Annual Meeting in May.

Local Charity Opens Annual Grant Scheme

The Heptonstall Exhibitions Charity and the Richard Naylor Charity are now seeking applications to their grant scheme which is open to those young people under the age of 25 years living within Ancient Chapelry of Heptonstall - an area covering large parts of Todmorden and Hebden Bridge.
