Welcome to Todmorden’s Pavilion in the Park!

Nestled in Centre Vale Park, and overlooking the unique four bowling greens, the Pavilion has recently been taken on by Todmorden Town Council and rebuilt, thanks to investment from the Todmorden Town Deal! 

Primarily home to the Todmorden Bowls Club, the new building will also be open to community groups and other hirers, creating a vibrant community space for more people to enjoy our beautiful park! 

Whether you’re hosting a community meet-up, running a small class, or looking for a quiet spot to work or connect, the Pavilion’s peaceful location makes it ideal for wellbeing activities, nature-linked sessions, and relaxed community use. With its simple, functional layout and beautiful surroundings, it’s a space that’s easy to make your own — whether for creativity, support, or connection. 

It boasts a commercial kitchen, a function room with glass frontage that can open out onto the park, and is a fully accessible venue.  

Surrounded by trees, gardens, and open green space, the Pavilion offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle — just a short stroll from the town centre.

Hire the Pavilion 

The Pavilion is available to hire for a wide range of small events, meetings, and community activities. 

Spaces Available: 

  • Main Function Room – Seats up to 12 people. Bright, open, and versatile — perfect for group sessions, meetings, and classes. 
  • Small Meeting Room – Seats up to 4 people. Ideal for one-to-one sessions, support meetings, or quiet working time. 
  • Kitchen Access – All bookings include access to the kitchen, equipped with the basics for making hot drinks and light refreshments. 
  • Accessibility – The entire building is fully accessible, with step-free entry and an accessible toilet. 

We welcome bookings from community organisations, small businesses, charities, and individuals. If your event supports connection, creativity, wellbeing, or community, the Pavilion is the perfect setting. 

 

Booking Information

 

Hire Rates: 

  • Small Meeting Room + Kitchen – £7.50 per hour 
  • Main Function Room + Kitchen – £10.00 per hour 
  • Both Rooms + Kitchen – £15.00 per hour 

Additional Info: 

  • Refundable Deposit: £25 
  • Payment: Required in advance of your booking 
  • Bulk Booking Discount: 10% off for 5 or more bookings 
  • Cleaning Service (optional): £20 – If you’d like us to clean up after your event, please let the team know in advance. 

Please ensure your booking includes time for setup and pack-down. Your hire period must cover the full time you’ll need access to the space.
