Grounds Maintenance Tender

Todmorden Town Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the provision of comprehensive grounds maintenance services across various Council-managed sites within the town.

This tender, referenced TTC/GM/2026-01, seeks to appoint a single supplier to deliver high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance services for all specified locations. The contract will commence on 1st April 2026.

The Council is committed to ensuring that all its public spaces and community assets are maintained to a consistently high standard – providing safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents, visitors, and community groups. The appointed contractor will play a key role in helping the Council meet these objectives through proactive, professional, and environmentally responsible service delivery.

Completed tenders must be submitted no later than 11.00am on 12th January 2026. Submissions must include both:
